Patrick Milmoe

Assistant Property Manager

Patrick Milmoe joined MIDAP in 2023 as a member of the property management team. He works with our Senior Property Manager and Vice President handling all aspects of MIDAP’s real estate portfolio. Patrick graduated from the University of South Carolina where he studied Finance and Real Estate. Before working at MIDAP, Patrick interned with Bozzuto’s regional property management company focusing on retail assets.
