In a letter addressed to the Dulaney Swim Club this week (copied here with permission from the sender), Mr. Wayne Gioioso, owner of the Pot Spring Center adjacent to the Dulaney Swim Club, laid to rest rumors and fears that a cell tower would be erected at Pot Spring Center if not at the pool.
Thank you Mr. Gioioso for being a good neighbor!!

Dear Dulaney Swim Club members,
My name is Wayne Gioioso and I am the owner of the Pot Spring Center at the corner of Ridgely Rd and Pot Spring Rd. It has come to my attention that a rumor is being spread that I am going to construct a cell tower on my property if you do not sign a lease with a cell company. I can assure you that I have no plans whatsoever to allow a cell tower to be built on the property, particularly in light of what I hear is a general opposition by the neighbors to such a structure.
To be clear, several years ago T-Mobile contacted us and we had some conversations. They stopped pursuing the idea and we have not talked to them since that time.
I can assure you that no tower will be built on the Pot Spring Center property as long as I own it.
Feel free to call me if you want to discuss this matter further.
Sincerely,
Wayne R. Gioioso Jr.Mid-Atlantic Properties Inc.
