Mid-Atlantic Properties Acquires Court Towers

Mid-Atlantic Properties, Inc., a Towson-based commercial real estate development and management firm, recently purchased Court Towers, a landmark Towson office building located at 210 W. Pennsylvania Avenue consisting of approximately 133,000 square feet of office space and an attached parking garage with 333 parking spaces. The eight-story property sits across the street from the Baltimore County Circuit Court with several law offices as tenants, including Venable LLP, Bowie & Jensen LLC, Nemphos Braue LLC, and Turnbull, Nicholson & Sanders PA. Other tenants include marketing and communications firm IMRE and State Farm Mutual Insurance Co., as well as the co-working space operator Launch Workplaces and a Nalley Fresh restaurant in the street-level retail space.

Mid-Atlantic Properties, Inc. plans to make significant upgrades to Court Towers, with such plans including cleaning the exterior façade, caulking the windows, HVAC upgrades, elevator upgrades, and more.
