Kaylie Gioioso Stern,Esq.

Kaylie Gioioso Stern joined MIDAP in 2017 as In-House Counsel with experience in a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions, including real estate financing, commercial leasing and acquisitions. In this role, Kaylie oversees and coordinates all legal aspects of MIDAP’s operations. Kaylie graduated summa cum laude from Loyola University Maryland with a degree in economics and later magna cum laude from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law as a member of the Order of the Coif. Following law school, Kaylie worked at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP in Washington, D.C., in the real estate practice group.
